Tom first decided to make rosemary salted chips at 2am for his uni mates, after a long night working in a pub in Brighton. He mixed salt, lemon zest and rosemary and loved the taste – and the crunch. So when we opened Honest, they were the only option.
Our Disco Bistro special was a collab with Carl Clarke (the chef genius behind Chick ’N’ Sours) and features an awesome ingredient we’d never even dreamed of putting in a burger… pineapple.
Topped with homemade pineapple bacon jam, cheddar, burger sauce and pink pickles. This burger is mind-meltingly sweet, salty, tangy, juicy and meaty.
