Gender pay gap results

New legislation means UK employers with more than 250 employees must publish their gender pay gap. Our aim has been to be transparent in all areas of our people related data and our gender pay gap transparency feeds into that strategy.

Analysing our gender pay gap at Honest will prove to be a critical measurement to our company to understand if we are working on driving equality, diversity and inclusion at every level, therefore meeting our mission to create the best Honest experiences we can.

We will use the results from the gender pay gap in our “Honest Voices” network group who actively support Honest in making positive movements, in our recruitment and progression procedures, to ensure that ac*on is taken to reduce these gaps going forwards so that everyone can build and sustain a successful career with us, regardless of their gender.

Our 2020 and 2021 data has been impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic, however, we recognise that we can do more to address gender inequality in our business, particularly by ensuring more women progress into senior positions, and by actively encouraging women into historically male dominated roles.

I declare that the data and information contained in this report is accurate as of the snapshot date of 05/04/2021, and has been calculated in line with the legislation set out in The Equality Act 2010.
