It’s been 11 years now and we like to think we’ve gotten pretty good at burgers and chips. We’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…

Buffalo is the original hot wing sauce made with Frank's RedHot, just as it has been since the sixties.
According to folklore, Buffalo wings were invented at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York in 1964. At the time, chicken wings were unloved and mostly used for stock.
That was until Anchor Bar co-founder Teresa Bellissimo decided to fry some and toss them with Frank's and butter.
It's a recipe that started in Buffalo, New York and eventually took over the world.
Animal welfare has always been a priority at Honest. From day one our chicken (and eggs) have always been free-range. Free-range means our birds are free to roam from sunrise to sunset, eating all sorts of natural goodness alongside the locally grown cereals they’re fed. The chickens have few stresses and are allowed to grow in their own time.
As a business we’ve always tried to cater to everyone and we’ve long wanted to serve halal options. But we’ve not been able to source free-range halal chicken and at Honest free-range is a non-negotiable. So we asked our chicken farmer Stuart (aka Chicken Stu) to do his homework and get halal certified (that’s taken a little longer than we would have liked!). But now, all of our chicken is as good as it’s ever been, it’s just halal too.
