Feedback

Lots has changed over the past ten years, but the big things about Honest Burgers are still the same. We want to keep making the best burgers and chips with great British meat and veg.

But we’re not done yet... Let us know what you think – the good and the could do better – and we’ll get on it.

Your questions answered

Are your restaurants open?

To support our teams, customers and nearby neighbourhoods in getting safely through this peak, we have chosen to pause click & collect and take away from all of our restaurants for the time being (starting 13 January). We hope it won’t be for long and in the meantime you can order burgers for delivery via Deliveroo or Uber Eats, or an Honest at Home DIY burger kit with nationwide delivery.

Thanks for understanding. We'll be back to burgers on plates at ours one day soon.

Do you accept cash?

We do not currently accept cash to keep our teams safe by eliminating risk of contaminated money and debit/credit cards.

What is your full COVID-19 Policy?

What measures are you taking to ensure it's safe to order from you?

We’ve put in place a list of strict procedures to keep our people, our customers and our partners safe including the following:

· Health checks screenings, including temperature checks, are carried out daily before our teams work and the access to our sites is restricted to a reduced team only.

· Social distancing rules are in place in our kitchens and team areas, and we have increased the frequency of our hand wash procedure.

· All our teams that are working have volunteered to come back to work, they completed a health screening and we have made sure their travel time to work is as short as possible.

· All our teams live near the locations they are working in and are encouraged to walk or cycle to work. Personal protective equipment is provided for them to use on their way to and from work.

Each delivery order placed helps to pay and support our teams – so thank you, from all of them. We've also partnered with TipJar to enable customers to give a direct tip to the team that prepared their burger. No middle man, they get to keep every penny.

How do I know the Delivery rider is safe?

Deliveroo and Uber Eats have pooled their global know-how to provide a strict set of procedures for their riders to ensure their safety and that of the customers. It is entirely contactless and you should find your food at your door and the rider a safe distance away.

In our restaurants, all contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitised frequently, and an entirely contactless setup has been put in place between our teams and delivery drivers.

Sanitising sections are made available for the delivery drivers and all orders are put straight into thermal bags to reduce contamination.

I can't find Honest Burgers on Deliveroo or Uber Eats?

If we’re really busy we may have stopped taking orders for a while, so the wait for food isn't too long, but we’ll be back on as soon as possible.

Why is the menu limited?

We want to keep things as simple and safe as possible for our teams. We’re hoping to be able to expand things a bit more once we are happy enough to do so.

What's vegetarian/vegan on your menu?

Our homemade Fritter is vegetarian, and our Plant burger is vegan.

Our side salad is vegan and our chips are too, as they cooked in their own fryer.

Our onion rings are vegan; however, we do cook them in the same fryer as our fritter (and bubble and squeak at brunch sites) so they may contain traces of egg (and dairy at brunch sites). Please note in Brixton due to the lack of space for equipment chips maybe contain traces of egg due to being cooked in the same fryer as the Fritter.

For full allergy information please take a look at our chart here.

What's gluten-free on your menu?

Nearly everything on our menu is gluten-friendly when you sub in a gluten-free bun with your burger, including our rosemary salted chips, BBQ chicken wings and sauces.

While our chefs take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the total absence of gluten due to its presence in our kitchens.

For full allergy information please take a look at our chart here.

Is your meat halal?
