Our Clapham local burger is a beef burger with smoked bacon, Kappacasein Raclette cheese, truffle mayo, shoestring fries, rocket and pickles.
If you’ve got great meat, salt and pepper’s all your burger needs. A lot of big restaurants ‘pre-season’ their burgers meaning the salt has longer to break down the beef, which makes for a rubbery burger. Not on our grill. Our chefs season every burger as it cooks.

Raclette is a fantastically melty cheese, and is commonly enjoyed by heating the side of a half wheel of cheese and scraping the molten layer off onto potatoes.
Luckily our friends Kappacasein (famous for their Borough Market toasties) make raclette at their Bermondsey dairy – and it’s every bit as good as the French and Swiss stuff.
Bright and complex flavour with a strong aroma. Kappacasein produce up to 20 wheels of raclette per week, which are matured for three months and washed weekly to develop a natural rind.
