We’ve got our own butchery where we make our burgers from scratch, and this year we went straight to the source and launched Honest Farming, to deliver regeneratively reared beef working direct with British farmers. Our spuds are grown for us locally in West Sussex, before we send them to our prep kitchen and turn them into our Honest chips 365 days per year. Fresh, never frozen.

We also change our menu regularly and have burgers that are unique to each restaurant, meaning the allergens differ depending on where you are eating with us. If you order an Honest burger – any burger – it comes with rosemary salted chips or seasonal coleslaw or dressed green salad.

We season our chips as soon as we fry them. You can hear them hiss as we add the salt. The heat from the chips cooks the lemon and rosemary and the smell hits you as they reach the table.
