We also change our menu regularly and have burgers that are unique to each restaurant, meaning the allergens differ depending on where you are eating with us. If you’ve got great meat, salt and pepper’s all your burger needs. A lot of big restaurants ‘pre-season’ their burgers meaning the salt has longer to break down the beef, which makes for a rubbery burger. Not on our grill. Our chefs season every burger as it cooks.

VIEW TERMS
Our chips are fresh, not frozen. Always. It’s a full-time job (what takes us seven days a week, 12 hours a day, could probably be done in minutes if we had piles of frozen chips). We get ours from a farmer whose family has been growing potatoes for six generations.
