New February special: Fondue

We’ve collaborated with Mons Cheesemonger, a second generation family-run French and Swiss cheesemonger in London, to bring you our slope-side inspired winter warmer. They’ve picked out five classic fondue cheeses with authentic flavours, melty-ness and long stringy pulls: Comté, Beaufort, Vacherin Fribourgeois, Abondance and Emmental.

We make our fondue from scratch using these carefully selected Alpine cheeses, a bit of garlic and some white wine.
