Our Tribute to Bacon is staying in Manchester for a few more months by popular demand.
It starts with a double portion of our house smoked streaky bacon and ends with homemade bacon gravy poured all over. We’ve brought back our bacon ketchup too, mixing it with mayo to add a bit of creaminess.
Our beef and bacon gravy is made fresh every morning by slow braising thick-cut smoked streaky bacon to create a salty-sweet, addictive bacon gravy.
