Our South Kensington local special is a collab with neighbouring cheesemonger La Cave a Fromage.
We use French Brézain raclette – a soft, cow’s milk mountain cheese smoked for 30 hours over wood. Smoke adds a rich brown colour to the rind and gives the cheese a caramelly and nutty taste. As you’d expect it melts beautifully.
La Cave opened their first shop in South Kensington over 10 years ago. They specialise in the latest and greatest French and British cheeses. Pop in and find your new favourite.
