Our eggs come from free range heritage breed Copper Maran hens in Lincolnshire. An all round good egg.
We've got London's most famous market on our doorstep and a huge larder of amazing local ingredients to choose from.
Kappacasein do the best cheese toasties for miles so we had to work with them. Their oozing London raclette is made under an arch in Bermondsey and is absolutely delicious.
Brindisa opposite are London's tapas kings. If there's a better chorizo out there we're yet to try it.
