The old English word for Chiswick means 'cheese farm', so that was our starting point for this local special.
We found a cracking aged comté at the deli at the end of the road - Chiswick's best-selling cheese - and add a dash of locally made Chiswick Chillies BBQ sauce.
With Fuller's as the area's longest-serving resident we had to feature their cracking Frontier lager. We add a splash to gently caramelised onions.
