This smashed beef burger local to our Brixton restaurant in Brixton Village is a collaboration with the Brixton-born chef behind Ruben's Rubens. Ruben started smoking meats in his parents' garden and in 2019 won a competition to open a pop-up restaurant in Brixton Market.
Ruben's salt-cured beef brisket is slow-cooked until fall-apart tender. We chop it up and flash it on the grill for extra flavour.
