Brindisa are the Spanish food heroes in London. They've been importing the best Spanish ingredients for over 30 years. In 2004 they opened their flagship tapas restaurant in Borough Market.
We’re big fans of Brindisa’s chorizo. It’s featured on our menus many times and if you’re an Honest regular you’ll know it’s currently on the menu in Borough. For us, it’s the best in the world.
