A collab with Satan’s Gravy
Our King’s Cross local burger is a beef burger with bacon, cheddar cheese, smashed avocado, Satan’s Gravy hot sauce, crushed nachos, sour cream and chive, lettuce and pickles.
If you order an Honest burger – any burger – it comes with rosemary salted chips or seasonal coleslaw or dressed green salad.

Our King's Cross restaurateur Liz created this brand new burger with a local hip-hop live band called Karyo – who started making hot sauces from scratch a few years back when they wanted to create some band merch that stood out from the crowd. Not content with t-shirts and CDs, they decided to make hot sauce.
The recipe they settled on was christened Satan's Gravy: a fruity, fiery habanero and scotch bonnet hot sauce that goes well on everything. Now the sauce has a following and merch of its own... including t-shirts.
