To make the Steak Sauce add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until fully blended.
Crisp up your bacon rashers under the grill.
Cook your burgers in a heavy-based frying pan on a high heat. Put the burgers in when it starts smoking and season with salt and pepper.
Flip the burgers, cooked to your preference, and season on the other side.
Toast your buns.
Spread a thick layer of Boursin® onto the base of the toasted bun.
Place the sliced onion rings and pickles on top of the Boursin.
Place the burgers on top once cooked to your preference.
Add the slices of bacon.
Cover the top bun with Steak Sauce and stick the Shoestring Fries to the steak sauce.
Place the top bun onto the rest of the burger – and eat.
