New Special: Thai Fried Chicken

In March 2020 our Thai Fried Chicken collaboration with Wingmans was stopped in its tracks by covid and Lockdown 1 – so we’re happy to see this one back on the menu.

Founders Ben and David started Wingmans on the street in 2015, trading from gazebos at food markets and festivals. Sounds a bit like Tom and Phil…

Back in 2016 they competed in the UK WingFest and left double champions (Best Buffalo & Best Wild Wing). They came back in 2017 and 2018 to win the titles again. Together we’ve adapted their best-selling ‘Bang-coq’ wings into a juicy American fried chicken special with a Thai twist.

We toss the fried thigh in a homemade honey sriracha sauce: a 24-hour infusion that mixes tangy, spicy and sweet flavours with classic Thai aromatics: kaffir lime leaves, coriander, lemongrass, and ginger.
