Our brand new special is a collab with Brindisa – UK importers of the best Spanish food and drink for 33 years. Founded in 1988 by Monika Linton, the business started as a means to bring home the best cheese, jamon and wine Monika had enjoyed while living in Spain after university.

Torres crisps are contenders for the very best crisp of all time (big claim). It’s also a family business dating back to 1975 (founded in Barcelona by husband and wife team Alfonso Torres and Dolores Ortega, it’s now run by their two sons). The jamon flavour is our favourite but we’ve got lots of time for the black truffle flavour too.

The Barcelona special combines classic tapas flavours with the crunch of the British crisp sandwich. The full pleasure of a crisp sandwich comes from adding the crisps yourself last minute, so every Barcelona burger will come with a 25g pack of Torres Jamon Iberico crisps on the side, regardless whether you’re eating in, collecting or getting it delivered.

These are the people behind the relationships that make hospitality such a wonderful industry to work in. This burger is our homage to them.
