A very well done to head chef Nazife, who has brought this epic Bulgarian burger to life with a little help from mamo! This new local special takes inspiration from the classic Bulgarian combination of ljutenica (red pepper and aubergine relish) and feta cheese.
Homemade is best, so we had to ask Nazife’s mum for the recipe, which we make in our central Honest Kitchen.
