Our Reading local burger is a beef burger with bacon, Waterloo and Heckfield cheeses, apple slaw, tomato and chilli chutney and rocket.
We season our chips as soon as we fry them. You can hear them hiss as we add the salt. The heat from the chips cooks the lemon and rosemary and the smell hits you as they reach the table.

Our Reading head chef Gary Rose has strengthened our relationship with Berkshire cheesemakers (and multi-award winners) Village Maid by creating a hearty Ploughmans sandwich burger using two of their cheeses, Waterloo and Heckfield, and their first-ever handmade spicy tomato & chilli chutney.
