If you’ve got great meat, salt and pepper’s all your burger needs. A lot of big restaurants ‘pre-season’ their burgers meaning the salt has longer to break down the beef, which makes for a rubbery burger. Not on our grill. Our chefs season every burger as it cooks.

Louisiana is a fantastic food-loving state in the Deep South of the USA.
It’s home to Cajun cuisine which is characterised by simple, rustic cooking with rich, smoky and spicy flavours.
Louisiana cuisine is influenced by the French, Spanish, Indian, Caribbean and Portuguese immigrants who settled in the 1800s.
We rubbed the patty with our homemade Cajun spice mix for an authentic taste of the Deep South.
