Collaboration with Frank’s Deli
Our Ealing local burger is a beef burger with smoked bacon, Dambuster cheddar and Dorset Red cheese, spring onion, rocket, tomato, pickles and mustard mayo.
From the start, we wanted everything to taste homemade. Which means it has to be homemade – there are no shortcuts. So we make as much as we can ourselves, in our kitchens.

Frank's Deli is the best spot in Ealing for picking up cheese. And chutney. Meet Francesca, who always wanted a deli or cafe, so she bought the deli on Northfield Avenue in Ealing.
Francesca supplies us with two fantastic and complimentary cheddars for our Ealing special - Dambuster for sharpness and Dorset Red for creamy smokiness.
