Our salt & pepper mix has had a massive upgrade: we stir fry red, yellow and green peppers with white onion and a shake of Tubby Tom's Char Sio smoky Sichuan BBQ seasoning. It's a knockout.
Our signature fried chicken is fried in a seasoned crumb made from a custom mix of four cereals, including corn flakes. The result is a crunchy, biscuity coating that's a little bit sweet and seriously moreish.
