Wingmans founders Ben and David started their business on the street in 2015, trading from gazebos at food markets and festivals. Sounds a bit like Tom and Phil...
In 2016 they competed in the UK WingFest and left double champions (Best Buffalo & Best Wild Wing). They came back in 2017 and 2018 to win the titles again!
Wingmans are now famous for their buffalo sauce wings but their menu also has many pan-Asian influences, including their ‘Bang-coq’ Thai wings. We adapted their best- selling wing into a new burger last year, and it is back again.
