A key ingredient to our brand-new special comes from the world’s oldest operating bourbon whisky distillery.
Taste our burgers before we open the doors of our new restaurant by visiting us at the glorious West Hill Tavern from Thursday–Sunday 7–10 February.
The Kentucky BBQ featured American bourbon whisky from Maker’s Mark.
For those who love bourbon as much as us, there’s also a new summer cocktail. Mint Julep Highball – Maker’s Mark shaken with mint lemonade, served long over ice.
Maker’s Mark is the world’s oldest operating bourbon whiskey distillery, is aged to between six and seven years and is rested in new lightly torched American oak barrels, which give the bourbon its deep colour and flavour.
Honest beef patty – mustard fried, with pickles and American cheese between two Cheddar and Gruyere toasties with beef and bacon gravy
