Our Finsbury Park special is inspired by our favourite local restaurant Dotori. It’s an old-school Korean joint just two mins from us on Stroud Green Road. Staples like Korean fried chicken and Korean BBQ are perfectly executed and the kimchi jeon (pancake) is a must order.
The burger is made a little spicy with Korean-Style Gochujang Hot Honey. WildberBee's Hot Honey was created on board chef Dan Shearman’s food truck on the streets of North London after discovering the sweet and spicy condiment in a New York pizza joint.
Our Korean BBQ sauce is a homemade bulgogi sauce made with gochujang (Korean fermented red chilli paste), fresh ginger and garlic.
