If you order an Honest burger – any burger – it comes with rosemary salted chips or seasonal coleslaw or dressed green salad.
At the beginning, Tom would cycle to and from the first Honest in Brixton and our butchers in Marylebone every day. A few years on, Tom’s no longer our bicycle courier, but we’re still doing things our way – even if that’s the hard way – to make a better burger.

This burger is a mash-up of Spanish influences that works because all the ingredients are top quality and are tied together with our herby, sharp homemade green chimichurri.
The chorizo and manchego comes from our friends at Brindisa, who are British food heroes. They've been importing the best Spanish ingredients for over 30 years and have opened a few tapas restaurants too.
