We’ve collaborated with our friends at Brooklyn Brewery to celebrate the launch of their new Stonewall Inn IPA. We’ve asked the guys at Thiccc Sauce to create a BBQ steak sauce using this hoppy new beer as an ingredient. The sauce is sweet yet also sharp enough to cut through our rich in-house butchery beef and confit garlic mayo.
Stonewall Inn IPA is the official beer of The Stonewall Inn NYC, where Pride began. It’s a refreshing session IPA with citrus and grapefruit hop flavours and a slightly dry finish.

We’re celebrating pride with the creation of rainbow pickles in this burger and we’ll be donating 25p from every burger sold to UK charity, MindOut. A charity supporting working to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all LGBTQ+ communities and to make mental health a community concern.
