Our Baker St special is a collaboration with Marylebone deli La Fromagerie.
Inspired by the diverse cheeses of the mountainous Beaufort-Savoie region in France, founder Patricia Michelson has been trading in London since 1992 and now has three shops across the city, in Highbury, Bloomsbury and Marylebone.
Two of our favourite ingredients from her shops – Jambon de Bayonne and Fourme d'Ambert cheese – were selected by Baker St's head chef Tavi to bring a little 'va va voom' to our Great British burgers.
