It’s been 11 years now and we like to think we’ve gotten pretty good at burgers and chips. We’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…
Our chips are fresh, not frozen. Always. It’s a full-time job (what takes us seven days a week, 12 hours a day, could probably be done in minutes if we had piles of frozen chips). We get ours from a farmer whose family has been growing potatoes for six generations.
If you’ve got great meat, salt and pepper’s all your burger needs. A lot of big restaurants ‘pre-season’ their burgers meaning the salt has longer to break down the beef, which makes for a rubbery burger. Not on our grill. Our chefs season every burger as it cooks.
The Kentucky BBQ featured American bourbon whisky from Maker’s Mark.
For those who love bourbon as much as us, there’s also a new summer cocktail. Mint Julep Highball – Maker’s Mark shaken with mint lemonade, served long over ice.
Maker’s Mark is the world’s oldest operating bourbon whiskey distillery, is aged to between six and seven years and is rested in new lightly torched American oak barrels, which give the bourbon its deep colour and flavour.
