Our Bank local burger is a beef burger with rib meat from The Rib Man, Red Leicester cheese, Holy F*** bacon gravy, shoestring fries, white onion and pickles.
Tom first decided to make rosemary salted chips at 2am for his uni mates, after a long night working in a pub in Brighton. He mixed salt, lemon zest and rosemary and loved the taste – and the crunch. So when we opened Honest, they were the only option.

Our second collab with street-food hero Mark Gevaux aka The Rib Man.
We pile tender and juicy rib meat on red leicester topped beef and stack it with crunchy shoestring fries. Then we pour The Rib Man's Holy F*** hot sauce into our homemade bacon gravy for savoury meaty deliciousness and a spicy kick.
