Our Baker St local burger is a beef burger with pancetta, Emmental Francais Grand Cru cheese, caramelised onions, shoestring fries, garlic mayo, tomato, rocket and pickles.
Our chips are fresh, not frozen. Always. It’s a full-time job (what takes us seven days a week, 12 hours a day, could probably be done in minutes if we had piles of frozen chips). We get ours from a farmer whose family has been growing potatoes for six generations.

Our Baker St team wanted to create a new local burger so they headed out to their local cheese shop La Fromagerie in Marylebone, which started out when founder Patricia sold cheese from her garden shed.
The team picked an Emmental Grand Cru, made from milk which is rich from mountain cows grazing all summer. It has a sweet and sour taste, and is a great melter – making it perfect on a burger.
