Open: Book, Walk-in, Click & Collect

We’re happy to say that we have a few more tables and chairs back in our restaurants now, and we’re open for walk-ins, bookings and Click & Collect. We’re still doing all we can to make sure our restaurants are covid safe spaces – lots of sanitiser and fresh air; you can read more on that here.
We can’t wait for you to try our July special: Thai Fried Chicken. In March 2020 this collaboration with Wingmans was stopped in its tracks by covid and Lockdown 1 – so we’re happy to see this one back on the menu.
Founders Ben and David started Wingmans on the street in 2015, trading from gazebos at food markets and festivals. Sounds a bit like Tom and Phil…
Back in 2016 they competed in the UK WingFest and left double champions (Best Buffalo & Best Wild Wing). They came back in 2017 and 2018 to win the titles again. Together we’ve adapted their best-selling ‘Bang-coq’ wings into a juicy American fried chicken special with a Thai twist.
We toss the fried thigh in a homemade honey sriracha sauce: a 24-hour infusion that mixes tangy, spicy and sweet flavours with classic Thai aromatics: kaffir lime leaves, coriander, lemongrass, and ginger.
