Terms & Conditions for Honest Insiders Rewards Programme
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, which apply to the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme (whether accessed via the Honest Insiders Rewards App or on the Honest Burgers Click & Collect website). Your use of the Honest Insiders account signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

Who We Are
Whenever we use “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Honest Burgers Limited. When we use “you” or “your,” we’re talking to you, the person using the Honest Insiders account.
We are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07490829. Our registered office is at 10a Lant Street, London, England, SE1 1QR.

Honest Insiders Account
You can join the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme for free by downloading our app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and signing up for an account (your “Honest Insiders Account”).
You must be 18 or over to open an Honest Insiders Account.
Honest Insiders Rewards
After you have set up an Honest Insiders Account you can start earning stamps and rewards by using the Rewards App or on our Click & Collect website.
You earn one stamp for every visit as long as you’ve purchased a burger at any of our Honest Burgers restaurants including Honest Smash + Grab, or ordering online via our website and mobile app for Click & Collect. Kids Burgers do not count towards earning stamps or redeeming rewards. As your stamps add up, you’ll earn rewards. Only 1 stamp per transaction will be awarded even if multiple burgers are purchased.
Rewards are earned as follows:
1st stamp | A free side on your first visit – onion rings at Honest Burgers & chips at Smash + Grab |
4th stamp | Free small chicken wings at Honest Burgers or small chicken tenders at Smash + Grab for your next visit |
6th stamp | Free soft drink for your next visit |
7th stamp | Free burger on your next visit |
Once you reach 8 stamps, your stamp card will reset to a zero stamp balance, but your unused rewards will remain in your account for their duration (see ‘Redeeming rewards’ section below).
Honest Insiders Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions
How to earn stamps and rewards
- You earn one stamp for every visit and transaction you make at Honest Burgers, Smash + Grab or Click & Collect.
- You must purchase a burger in each transaction to earn a stamp.
- You will not earn a stamp when purchasing kids burgers.
- You cannot earn stamps on orders placed with our delivery partners.
- If you place an order at Honest Burgers, you will need to show the QR code in your Honest Insiders App to the team member to assign the stamp to your Honest Insiders Account. If you place an order at Smash + Grab, you need to scan the QR code yourself at the kiosk. If you’re ordering online for Click & Collect, make sure you are signed in to your Honest Insiders Account on our Click & Collect website or in the Honest Insiders Rewards App to earn stamps.
- If you forget to scan your QR code when ordering you can scan the QR code on your order receipt to earn stamps. You have 30 days after the transaction to do this.
- Stamps and rewards are personal to your Honest Insiders Account and cannot be grouped with another account holder or transferred to someone else’s account.
- Only 1 stamp per transaction will be awarded even if multiple burgers are purchased.
Redeeming rewards
- Rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of being earned. After 90 days any rewards that have not been redeemed by the expiry date will be forfeited and removed from your Honest Insiders Account.
- Rewards can be redeemed at any Honest Burgers restaurant including Smash + Grab and via our Click & Collect service. You will need to provide your Honest Insiders loyalty ID when placing an order to redeem the reward.
- Only 1 reward can be used per transaction. To prevent fraud, you will not be able to redeem a reward on transactions taking place within 15 minutes of a reward being redeemed.
- There are no cash alternatives to Rewards.
- The free burger reward will remove the cost of the most expensive burger ordered.
- Free items are not redeemable with any other discount including Honest Equity cards, Student discount & NHS discount.
- Only one person per table can collect or redeem rewards.
- If your bill is refunded after a visit, you will lose any reward you have redeemed but you will still earn your stamp for your visit.
Other rewards and offers
- By joining the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme we may send you other rewards and offers from time to time via email or App notification. These rewards and offers have their own validity, expiry dates and terms which will be notified to you.
Checking your Honest Insiders Programme Balance
- You can check your Honest Insiders rewards and stamps in the Honest Insiders Rewards App.
- We have the right to revoke or update the stamps and offering of the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme.
Limitations of use of the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme
- We don’t warrant or represent that the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme will always be accepted at our restaurants or on our Click & Collect website. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of our IT and communications systems, we may not be able to add stamps or allow you to redeem a reward during such a system failure. Please get in touch via email at [email protected] to resolve any issues.
- We can withdraw or cancel your Honest Insiders Account or take any other appropriate action if we suspect fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Once cancelled, you won’t be able to redeem any stored rewards.
Honest Insiders Account Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Honest Insiders Rewards App and/or the Honest Burgers Click & Collect website:
- in any way that is unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or for fraudulent purposes,;
- for any reason other than their intended purpose as part of the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme and to place orders with us;
- in any manner which could interfere other customers’ use of the App or Click & Collect website;
- to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
- to violate or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
- to alter, disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the App or Click & Collect website;
- to test or reverse-engineer the App or Click & Collect website in order to find limitations, vulnerabilities or evade filtering capabilities; and
- to commercially exploit either your or other customers’ Honest Insiders Accounts or parts thereof.
Cancellation or withdrawal of your Honest Insiders Account
- We reserve the right to withdraw the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme on reasonable notice. We will notify you of any withdrawal by emailing you at the address associated with your Honest Insiders Account.
- You have the right to cancel your Honest Insiders Account at any time but you will lose the right to redeem all unused rewards. Please contact us at [email protected] to cancel your Honest Insiders Account.
Our Liability
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
- Subject to paragraphs 25 and 27, our maximum liability to you in relation to your use of any Honest Insiders Account shall not exceed the outstanding balance of rewards held on your Honest Insiders Account.
- We are not responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking these Terms & Conditions if the loss is:
- Unexpected. If it was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before you signed up to the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).
- Caused by a delaying event outside our control.
- Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for using your Honest Insiders Account.
- We only provide the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme for any commercial or business purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Suspension and Termination
- If you breach any of these Terms & Conditions, we may immediately do any or all of the following (without limitation):
- issue a warning to you;
- temporarily or permanently withdraw your right to use your Honest Insiders Account;
- issue legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs resulting from the breach (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs);
- take further legal action against you; and/or
- disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary to do so.
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Honest Insiders Account without liability to you if you breach the acceptable use terms set out in paragraph 22 above, or if we reasonably believe your use of the App or Click & Collect website poses a risk to the security, integrity, or normal functioning of the service or adversely affects the experience of other users.
- We can suspend the Honest Insiders Rewards Programme at any time including to deal with technical problems, to make minor technical changes or to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Changes to these Terms
- We may make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time (if, for example, there is a change in the law that means we need to change these Terms). Please check these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure that you understand the terms that apply at the time that you use your Honest Insiders Account.
- If you have registered your Honest Insiders Account, we will provide you with reasonable notice of any material changes to the Terms, unless such changes are required on shorter notice to comply with applicable law. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to cancel your Honest Insiders Accounts at any time, but you will lose the right to redeem all unused rewards. If you wish to cancel your account you must contact us.
Your personal information
- How we use any personal data or information you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice https://www.honestburgers.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
Other important terms
- Each of the clauses of these Terms & Conditions operates separately. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
- Even if we delay in enforcing these Terms & Conditions, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something or for doing something you’re not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do it later.
- These Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Notice set out the full agreement between us in relation to your Honest Insiders Account.
You have several options for resolving disputes with us
- Our Customer Service Team [email protected] will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us.
- You can go to court.These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
