We met in Brighton at university. We loved restaurants. We talked about them, worked in them, ate in them, and thought ‘we can do better than them’. So we pooled our savings and bought a marquee, a fryer and a grill. That's where it all began for Honest Burgers.
All of our chicken is not only free-range, it's Halal certified. That's our fried Buffalo chicken burger, grilled Pesto chicken burger and our Buffalo wings.
Our friends at Godminster are the award-winning organic cheesemongers located in the heart of Somerset. We found it hard to choose our favourite organic cheddar, so we created a medley of three: Vintage Bruton Beauty, Oak-smoked Cheyney's Fortune and Mature with black pepper.
We've paid it alongside a sweet chipotle jam, and upgrade on our confit garlic mayo to include chives, and topped with tomato, rocket and pickles.
This is a celebration of the ultimate English burger. Using fresh British produce and amazing cheddar cheese. You can choose to have this burger your way with either beef, fried chicken or our vegetarian fritter.
