A beef burger with Emmental cheese, salt beef, French’s mustard, burger sauce, lettuce, pickles with homemade rosemary salted chips
It’s been 11 years now and we like to think we’ve gotten pretty good at burgers and chips. We’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…
If you order an Honest burger – any burger – it comes with rosemary salted chips or seasonal coleslaw or dressed green salad.
The first Honest was us cooking at a friend’s party in a tent in a field in Brighton. We weren’t trained chefs, we just loved cooking. On Brixton’s opening day, Tom flipped burgers and Phil waited tables. Six years on, we’re still here, still cooking, still learning.
It's a Brick Lane beigel in a bun!
Team Honest hero Chris came up with this one, possibly after a few Frontiers. Taking influence from a short stroll down Brick Lane he came back with tender salt beef and a big jar of pickles.
Several stages of refinement later and we have a belter of a burger – it's meaty, sharp and punchy. Good on its own and even better with beer.
Babek-spiced Honest beef, British halloumi, red pepper relish, tomato, white cabbage, garlic mayo and pink pickled onions with homemade rosemary salted chips
