Rotsen’s father gave him the nickname ‘El Pollote’, meaning ‘Big Chicken’. It’s no wonder he grew up to be one of the biggest names in fried chicken - winning Kerb food market’s ‘Bucket List’ competition in 2017. The next year he won again.
He’s now opened an El Pollote street food stall in Kerb’s new Seven Dials Market in Covent Garden - dedicated to serving his world-class fried chicken.
