Chef Francesca has taken a fresh look at our collab with Chiswick Cheese Market.
Befitting of her heritage, Francesca has put an Italian accent on the burger, adding crispy fried courgetti shoestrings (aka zucchini fritti) and truffle mayo to bring extra richness to High Weald Dairy's organic oak-smoked cheese.
