Since then they’ve launched three new US-inspired hot sauces that balance the taste and temperature of hand-picked chilies. We’ve picked our favourites to put a Southern accent on this mighty American cheeseburger.
The Louisiana Chipotle sauce gives our sharp crunchy pickleback slaw smokiness and chilli fruitiness, while the black garlic Carolina Reaper sauce makes a punchy mayo that showcases the flavour of the peppers and tames the heat a bit. So it burns, but you can keep going back.
