Our Buffalo chicken burger is a buttermilk fried chicken breast with American cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch mayo, lettuce and pickles.

Buffalo is the original hot wing sauce made with Frank's RedHot, just as it has been since the sixties.
According to folklore, Buffalo wings were invented at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York in 1964. At the time, chicken wings were unloved and mostly used for stock.
That was until Anchor Bar co-founder Teresa Bellissimo decided to fry some and toss them with Frank's and butter.
It's a recipe that started in Buffalo, New York and eventually took over the world.
