Iraqi-British chef Phillip Juma, started his food journey in street food, just like us. He now hosts sell-out supper clubs across London and had his recipes featured in the Evening Standard.
Together we created an Iraqi-inspired fried chicken burger using traditional spices such as saffron, cinnamon, cumin and fennel.
